Robert Fehlen, Chief Revenue Officer

Robert is the Chief Revenue Officer of Mobilize. He is our numbers and scale nerd with a rich history in private equity and startups.

He has a proud military lineage, with his father, mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather (among others) serving in conflicts that include Pearl Harbor. This legacy inspires Robert in our engagement with the military, government, and beyond in support of our nation’s security interests.

He has consulted top-fifty banks, more than twenty tech/small business startups, and multiple Shark Tank companies. As a former head analyst of a $2.5 billion private equity portfolio, Robert brings a wealth of experience to Mobilize’s audacious goals for growth and scale.

The Colorado Employee Ownership Office establishes a network of training, support, education, and consulting for businesses considering employee ownership structures. The office brings together partners including employee-owned businesses, attorneys, financial and accounting professionals, and other employee ownership organizations.

The Minority Business Office (MBO) is a team of passionate individuals, partners, and clients working to increase economic opportunity for minority, women, and veteran entrepreneurs across the state. As a division at OEDIT, the MBO is strategically placed to leverage relationships with other teams within OEDIT that span every type of business and every type of business owner in every industry imaginable.

The Minority Business Office has an established network of public, private, and government resources that can be leveraged by businesses of all types and sizes to help businesses get in front of the right people and increase prospects locally, nationally, or internationally.

Natalia Antezana, Business Consultant

Natalia has been working as a business consultant for over a decade, helping small businesses in Latin America and Colorado. She has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and loves working to help her community as much as possible. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance.

Rebecca Askew, CEO

Colorado attorney Rebecca Askew founded Circuit Media in 2002. Certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business, a WOSB/EDWOSB, and an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Circuit Media has grown from a seasoned commercial enterprise to a strong supplier of goods and services to state and federal government. Circuit Media currently provides support to various municipal, state, and federal agencies. Whether staffing a project, providing multimedia design or public affairs assistance, Circuit Media utilizes concise methodologies and plain language skills to offer cost-effective end products that meet and exceed expectations. With locations in both Denver and Washington, D.C., Circuit Media is a certified green company and is always looking for ways to reduce its corporate footprint.

Before founding Circuit Media, Ms. Askew served as corporate counsel for an international media technology company, started her own litigation law firm, and served as a government prosecutor. Her expertise includes human resource management, corporate governance, and business development. She earned a BA from the University of Iowa and a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In addition, Ms. Askew has received training in change management and design thinking from Harvard University.

Denver Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)

The Denver Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center is the only federally-funded agency in Colorado that was created to specifically foster the growth of minority-owned businesses.

Our professional team of consultants specialize in assisting small and socially-disadvantaged firms source, target and secure state and federal contracting opportunities.

Andra Hargrave, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Director & Founder/Partner, Global Sales Advisors

Andra Hargrave is the director of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Denver Business Center, as well as Founder/Partner at Global Sales Advisors.

Specializing in government contracting, SBIR/STTR grants and contracts, identifying topics and agency opportunities, strategic marketing, business development, Andra has over 15 years of direct national and international sales channel development in the areas of government procurement and fortune level 500 business development. His marketing channel development experience lies in a variety of industries, including technology-oriented manufacturing, service industries and distribution. Hargrave possesses an in-depth knowledge of state and federal set-aside procurement programs, such as SDB, HUB and the 8a Business Development Program, among others. He has served as the director of certification for the RMMSDC and currently serves as the statewide veteran’s consultant for the Colorado SBDC Network. His comprehension of federally-backed procurements, grants and certification programs, such as Advanced Technology and SBIR/STTR, is without equal.

Melia Ingham, Governmental Technical Writing Assistant

Melia Ingham is an experienced technical writer from Boulder, Colorado. She works alongside Andra Hargrave at the Denver Minority Business Development Agency Business Center and assists with proposal editing and reviewing, and capability statements. She also specializes in governmental E-capture on the state, local, education, and federal level for businesses of many classifications. She graduated with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is passionate about creative fiction and nonfiction writing. At the MBDA, Melia works hard to assist small, minority-owned businesses as they navigate the world of government contracting. Outside of the MBDA, Melia writes memoirs, giving folks the chance to pass their stories and memories down to future generations.
