Jessica Larcade, Category Area Manager
Jess Larcade is a Category Area Manager within the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Ball Aerospace. In this role, she leads the strategic sourcing and procurement activities for the capital equipment and facilities categories. Larcade has 11 years of experience in supply chain in a mix of inventory management, logistics, and operational roles with the last five years focused on strategic sourcing and contracting. She is dedicated to building and maintaining strong and positive supplier relationships as she recognizes the enormous impact that suppliers have on the success of any organization.
Michael Sutton, Category Management Lead
Michael Sutton is a Category Management Lead within the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Ball Aerospace. In this role, he supports procurement efforts for facilities construction and maintenance projects. During his time as a Category Lead, he has managed several million dollars in construction spend and has led several process improvement projects to streamline repetitive tasks. Prior to his time at Ball Aerospace, Sutton started his own transportation delivery company that operated in five states. He also spent five years at Bell Helicopter as a sourcing specialist and project manager.
Zack Miller, Sr. Manager, Compliance
Zack Miller is the Sr. Manager of Compliance within the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Ball Aerospace. In this position he oversees a team that performs pre-release purchase order reviews, Small Business Liaison Officers duties and procurement specialists that perform various acquisition support functions. Miller has 16 years of experience in the aerospace industry performing a host of roles within supply chain. In his current role, Miller is an advocate for competition, small business, process improvement and ensuring Ball Aerospace remains compliant with public law, federal acquisition regulations and requirements of our diverse customer base.
Marquis White, Small Business Liaison Officer
Marquis White is a Small Business Liaison Officer for Ball Aerospace. In this role, he serves as the representative for Ball Aerospace and advises, assists and coordinates with representatives from the Department of Defense, the Defense Contract Management Agency, the Small Business Administration and NASA in matters relating to the establishment, implementation and execution of small business concerns within program contracts. White is a resource for connecting small businesses with relevant internal stakeholders and monitors small business subcontracting plans’ progress toward goals, and their compliance with regulations, laws and policies. Prior to joining Ball Aerospace, White built and ran his own small business – a distribution company in Colorado Springs, which he sold in 2021. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he supported different facets of supply chain management (SCM). He has led several successful Lean Six Sigma projects in the SCM and distribution sectors.
Alexis Glover, Category Area Manager
Alexis Glover is a Category Area Manager within the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Ball Aerospace, where she has been working for 3 years. In this role, she leads all category management initiatives and subcontract management activity for the attitude determination and control systems (ADCS), power and propulsion supply base. With 10+ years of experience in supplier management, Glover brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Megan Schosker, Category Area Manager
Megan Schosker is a Category Area Manager within the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Ball Aerospace. In this role, she leads the strategic sourcing and procurement of structures and optics commodities. Schosker has 12 years of experience in government subcontracting.
