Arts Commission 2023 Grants Program
for arts and cultural organizations

Description

The City has $925,000 in grant funds to distribute in 2023 for a variety of uses including general operating support, community projects, arts education projects, professional development scholarships and more. In addition, first-time applicants and those who have not received a grant through the Boulder Arts Commission may be eligible to receive grant writing assistance.

Boulder Microloan Program
for small businesses

Description

The City of Boulder, Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF) and local financial institutions have partnered to help provide loans and business coaching to local small businesses, including women- and minority-owned businesses and nonprofits, that may not be able to obtain financing through traditional sources.

Loans up to $50,000 for general working capital. In some cases, borrowers may qualify for a larger loan.

Town of Lyons
Revolving Loan Fund
for businesses within the Lyons planning area

Description

This is an interest-free loan of up to $10,000 with a one-year payback. Funds are provided by a federal grant and a locally-funded Business Recovery Fund. The funds are intended for business and expansion loans that will create additional employment. Immediate COVID-19 relief is an eligible use of the funds. The loan can also be used for the non-speculative purchase of land, buildings and fixed equipment. Additional uses include working capital and improvements to buildings.

  • Dispensaries are not eligible

This is a revolving fund and new loans will be made as existing loans are paid off and funds are made available.
